GOALS AND PURPOSE

Royal Innovative Solutions main objective is to provide persons with intellectual disabilities, the opportunity to create an individual and personalized lifestyle, with the supports necessary for each person, to take part fully in the community life as they desire. This includes choosing their own living environments and support, deciding with whom they associate and how they spend their time, achieving successful community membership and gaining life skills to support them in reaching their goals.

Coordinating supported living services, positive management for the clients and their circle of support, which include; family or friends, Alta California Regional Center, and also employees at Royal Innovative Solutions. Advocating and negotiating issues for the clients as promptly as possible therefore minimizing complaints through positive grievance procedures. (Section56710)

Providing support not available within clients’ natural environment such as monitoring and helping the clients achieve their goals as stated in their Individual Service Plan (ISP) and Individual Program Plan (IPP) and any necessary interest they may desire such as helping them find jobs or connecting them to the day programs. Supporting our clients to live their lives through following all the five principles of Supported Living Services (SLS), thus; own home, choice and self-directed, relationships, community membership, and flexible, tailored services and supports).
